Mr. Mukesh Kumar has more than 15 years of experience in litigation and in Arbitration law and is involved in several prominent contentious matter, during the last 15 years of his professional career.
Mr. Kumar has had the opportunity to deal with and be involved in handing a wide mix of litigation and corporate advisory assignment. He has been Associated at Senior level heading the litigation team of reputed law firms having  pan India presence like C.M. Shroff and Associate and M.V. Kini, Law Firm.

Mr. Kumar has represented Union of India, and various Central/State bodies before different Courts all over the Country including Supreme Court as well as in Arbitration Matters. He has been advising public and private sector clients all across a range of sectors including Arbitration  & Conciliation laws and Contractual disputes, the Consumer Protection Act, Banking, Labour, Service and Land Laws. Having vast experience representing Govt. and Public clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts all over Country, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Commission, State Commissions, National Company Law Tribunal and several legal forums and Authorities .

He has been guest faculty for training programme on “Contract Management, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution” for officers of National Highways Authority of India organized from time to time by Indian Academy of Highways Engineers (IAHE) established under Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Govt of India)of Indian Institute.

Before venturing into the field of law, Mr. Kumar was practicing in the field of Finance & Accounts. He has in-depth knowledge and experience of the financial aspects and he is aware of the fundamental regulatory and statutory challenges facing by any such organization.
